Sadie Amara Calvano hails from America and is best known as the actress who played Violet Plunkett, in CBS the sitcom Mom. Calvano is from California, and initially was intrigued by competitive gymnastics. Later, she decided to follow a career of acting. In an episode of CBS's"NCIS," she made her debut "NCIS", she debuted in the year 2010. In the biographical crime-drama film J Edgar, she made her first appearance on the big screen a just a few months later. In subsequent seasons, she was able to establish herself among the best actors of today's young. The performance she gave on 'NCIS which was nominated for the Young Artist Award 2011 for Best Performance of a TV Series that features a Guest Actress between the ages of 11-15. In 2013 she was also nominated for an additional Young Artist Award for her appearance as a guest on Disney XD's comedy show 'Kickin' it'. Calvano was part of the main cast of the show's initial three seasons, and also was a frequent guest on Season 4. The role she played in "Mom" garnered her an award called the Gracie Allen Award for Outstanding Female Actor - Rising Star in 2015.
